Shipping (Delivery) Policy

At Helpego, we specialize in providing a wide range of online business and compliance services, including Company Registration, GST Registration, FSSAI Licensing, Trademark Filing, and Digital Signature Certificates (DSC).

Please note that most of our services are delivered digitally, while only Digital Signature Tokens (DSC USB tokens) are shipped physically.

1. Mode of Delivery

  • Digital Services:
    All service deliverables (certificates, licenses, approvals, or acknowledgments) are sent electronically to the customer’s registered email address and/or made available through the Helpego client dashboard.

  • Physical Delivery (Digital Signature Token):
    For DSC orders, a physical USB Token is dispatched through a reliable courier or postal service to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

2. Processing & Delivery Time

  • Digital Deliverables:
    Processed and delivered within 1–15 business days, depending on the nature of the service and response times from relevant government authorities.

  • Physical Tokens:
    Dispatched within 2–5 business days after successful verification and DSC approval. Delivery time may vary based on location and courier service availability.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charge for DSC Tokens may included with the processing fee no extra charges needed.

  • Digital services have no shipping charges, as they are delivered electronically.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once the DSC Token is dispatched, customers receive:

  • A shipment confirmation email, and

  • Tracking details (if available) to monitor delivery status.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If a DSC Token is lost or damaged during shipping, please inform us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at support@helpego.com.
We will coordinate with the courier partner and arrange a replacement as per our policy.

6. No International Shipping

Currently, Helpego ships DSC Tokens only within India.
