Refund Policy
A refund can be availed only in case of an apparent and comprehensible dearth of services or products availed from Helpego.
A refund is unavailable if after paying for a particular service, a customer claim refund because of any sudden lack of interest in it since in that case, there wouldn’t be any onus, fault, and defect from Helpego’s end.
After sharing the work with a customer, Helpego would be unable to approve any refund claims from him/her if he/she lacks interest in it. However, the alternative option of using that paid amount Helpego proffers is availing other services of the company utilizing the subjected amount partially or entirely.
On raising a refund request after availing products or services while the information of the completion of that service or product has been delivered to the customer through email or any other type of medium of communication, Helpego would consider that request as invalid.
When a refund request gets permitted by Helpego, the customer would be intimated via email while the company would be processing it. It may take a maximum of 14 business days for the refunded amount to be processed and credited to your bank account respectively.

Cancelation Policy
Upon registering a cancelation/refund request within 24 hours of the allocated time period, the request would be subjected to Helpego’s team’s consideration.
A cancellation/refund request raised after 48 hours of that period would be considered invalid. If the case is valid for cancellation, Helpego’s management team seizes the power of taking the final decision.
The management team of Helpego surrounds the right of considering each and all cancellation/refund requests. The management team also encompasses the authority of permitting or declining refund requests upon their own judgments.
